Reservation & Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation checkout. For guests paying in cash, the deposit must be paid within 1–2 days after making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. In certain circumstances, deposits may be refunded or waived at our discretion.

Liability & Personal Property

Rayba Acres is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in rooms, on the property, or in vehicles. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables during their stay.

Damage & Conduct

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, or property during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate policies or create unsafe conditions.

Pets

Please contact us if you wish to inquire about bringing pets. Policies may vary depending on the room and season.

Farm Safety Notice

Rayba Acres is an active family farm. Guests should exercise caution around animals, equipment, and fenced areas. Children must be supervised at all times.
